Nice 2-story apartment in a quiet area, 5 min. from the Geneva/Valais/Yverdon highway, 15 min. from Lausanne and Yverdon, and Lake Geneva. It is located on the edge of the forest which invites us for nice walks, bike rides, etc. Our apartment is a 2 1/2 p. Duplex. Separate entrance, ground floor with open kitchen, living room with sofa bed 140/200 and 1 separate bed 90/200, veranda, terrace, garden on the same level and swimming pool. 1st floor: 1 king size bed 180/200 + bathroom, shower/toilet and lower level The space The apartment was built as an annex and extension of a private villa. This is a 2.5 room duplex with open kitchen and all modern amenities. Independent entrance. Ground floor: The living room/open kitchen and veranda are on the ground floor, and on the same level as the garden. 1st floor: The bedroom is on the 1st floor with bathroom/WC and balcony overlooking the entire garden. Apartment on 2 floors, ground floor at full height in the garden. Private entrance, balcony/terrace and private garden. Lower ground floor: Shower/toilet, washing machine, reduced space. The apartment can be rented per floor, 2x1 bedroom if desired. Guest access Private entrance, Duplex apartment on 2 floors, ground floor with bedroom/living room and kitchen open to the private garden. Parking in front of the house. Other things to note - The house manual is in the apartment and is subject to our house rules. Please read and abide by it. - Additional accommodation: The number of guests is set in the contract, any change is at our request and with surcharge. - The pool is private, to be shared according to agreement with the owner. Not suitable for parties. - Parking: 1 free parking space, - Dog welcome, upon request. - Washing machine available and on request. - Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine/ or traditional filter coffee. There are a few capsules at your disposal to get you started. Spices/sugar/salt/coffee/household paper/toilet paper available.
