It is overlooking Lyon Island,renowned for its many species of birds and it is a 5 minute walk to Dumhach's safe, sandy beach. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms (including a bunk bed,sleeping 3).The main bedroom with hill views,has an ensuite shower room,and the 2nd shower/toilet is situated off the main living room/kitchen The space The apartment is situated in its own grounds and is very quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with all mod cons,and has excellent Wifi service. It is within walking distance to all amenities. I myself live in the ground floor apartment, which has a separate entrance. No cats or dogs,as we have many different birds/wildlife in the garden and also host a corncrake,a rare species of bird,which is almost extinct in every other place in Ireland.
