You could not be staying any closer to the sea. The space Property Details This house is full of light and spacious. Ground Floor The entrance hallway comprises of a cloak room, that leads to the kitchen, living room and into a games room with a pool table and dart board inside. With access to the beautiful wide pale oak staircase that takes you to the first floor. Kitchen The Scandinavian style kitchen has a tiled underfloor heating system and is extremely well equipped. It is a joy to cook and dine in with full width opening bi-fold doors that lead out onto the steel and glass framed terrace. Appliances include a dishwasher and a duel fuel range cooker with 6 gas burners, a hotplate and 2 electric ovens with a grill. An American fridge freezer with a chill system provides ice and water. A microwave, kettle and toaster all complement the glass and steel look to the ground floor. Living Space The spacious Scandi' sitting room has ample super comfy seating and a smart TV. The view from this room is simply breathtaking and ever-changing. Facing east, west and north you will have spectacular sunrises and amazing sunsets. Please note that there are 2 steps down into the kitchen from the hallway and also from the sitting room. First Floor Each of the 4 bedrooms have fabulous views of the sea. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has wall to wall windows. It has the same breathtaking view that is experienced from the lounge. You have a super king size bed and a Smart TV. An armchair along with drawers and bedside cabinets furnishes the room. A separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom complemented with a freestanding bath, separate rain shower and WC complete this master room. You have a private terrace with a table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an intimate dinner. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a double bed and again has its own terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea and shore. Open steel and oak storage completes this room. The beautiful port holed en-suite has a rain shower and WC. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite rain shower room and WC. You have dressing rails, drawers, bed side tables and an armchair. Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets plus built in dressing rails and shelves.
