TRADITIONAL, SPACIOUS AND QUIET HOUSE

This traditional house steeped in history and completely renovated was originally the village post office. Located 30 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from the Champenois vineyard, 25 minutes from the Great Lakes and 10 minutes from Brienne-le-Château Airport. Spacious and quiet, it is perfectly suited for families with children in particular. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people but has 16 sleeping accommodations in total. The entrance opens onto an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to satisfy a cook, appliances (dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, pancake maker, raclette, fondue, blender) to the various casserole dishes and other utensils. The bright dining room has a table seating 12 people. You will find the TV in the separate sitting area. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing kit. The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. The upstairs bathroom has a large bathtub. Both have a 600 liter hot water reserve, the last one to take a shower will have hot water too. The house has 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. You will find everything you need for babies (high chair, baby bed, baby bath, changing table and stair gate). Outside you will find a south facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, pergola and gas BBQ. The wooded garden has a swing. An electric car charging station is 200 meters from the cottage. Check-in times can be flexible if there is no departure and arrival on the same day. Beds are made and towels are available.
