The house has three bedrooms and enough room for 7 guests, along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware essentials needed. The house has everything you need for vacations, so you may kick back and relax. It is centrally located to many attractions if you're up for a drive. The space Full Kitchen with all necessary utensils and cookware, with 2 bar stools. Dining room has a table with 4 chairs and a bench. Entrance to the pool. Living room has sectional sofa, 2 individual chaise lounges & 55 inch Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a QUEEN sized bed, closet, private bathroom and entrance to the pool/patio. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN sized bed, TV, closet, and entrance to the pool/patio. Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN sized bed, a desk and a closet. Full Bathroom 1: Bathtub + Shower. Entrance between Bedroom 1 and 3. Full Bathroom 2: Shower only. Entrance from bedroom 1 or patio. Garage: Washer and Dryer. Freezer with extra ice. Enough Room for 1 car. Garage Door Key available. Laundry Room: In the garage. Washer/Dryer free to use. Pool: Salt water Pool! Some pool floats and toys. Life vests! The pool is 7ft deep on the deep end. The pool is heated with an electric heat pump and takes time to heat up in winter! Patio: Round table with 4 Cushioned Chairs. Patio Umbrella with Base. 2 Patio Chair Lounges. Gas BBQ Grill. Guest access The entire property is for the guest’s use. The entire house and private backyard with a pool. Other things to note The house is equipped with all essentials needed. There are cooking pots, cooking accessories, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, ninja juice/ smoothie maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer (detergents as well) outdoor furniture and BBQ. The pool is 7ft deep on the deep end. Beach essentials are provided as well. Note that some supplies are limited in quantities, typically with enough for roughly 2 weeks.
