Other things to note Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours after 10pm out of respect for the neighborhood. Check-In/Out: Check-in is anytime after 3pm, checkout by 12pm. Pets: We happily welcome well-behaved pets. Please add your pet in your trip details when booking so we can prepare accordingly. A $50 per pet fee applies. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $100 fee. Gardeners visit on Fridays — you may see them in the front garden. Safety: The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors + a 24-hour-moitored exterior camera Pest control comes once a month.
