You can walk to Vällingby city center in 10 minutes. You can also take the bus 2 minutes from the house to get there. Here you will find shops, grocery stores and subway that will take you all the way into Stockholm Central. Close to swimming areas and other attractions. Stora Coop (large grocery store) is on the other side of the main road, within walking distance. The space 3 floors with patio on both the front and back, which means sunlight all day. At the back, there is a large patio with lounge furniture to relax in when the sun is shining at its best. There is also a large dining area for dinners or why not a lovely breakfast in the sun. On the entrance level, you will find the living room with an open floor plan that extends around to the kitchen and hall. There is a TV and large play areas for the children with lots of toys. A large and spacious new kitchen with kitchen island and separate dining area for 8 people. There is also an office space and toilet. The entrance floor offers the perfect opportunity for larger groups to socialize, cook and relax together. Upper floor has three bedrooms and a large toilet with shower. On the basement level, you will find our large and cozy TV room with sofa and the possibility to play. One bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and washing machine/dryer. Maltesholmsbadet and Kanaanbadet are two local beaches with cafés and playgrounds. Grimsta is a nature reserve surrounded by beautiful walking paths and barbecue areas. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house (except a dressing room) and garden during their stay. Parking space next to the house is available and costs. There is also the possibility to borrow bicycles, for adults and children, if you wish.
