Here you will stay inside the ancient Convent of San Sigismondo, a place rich in Italian history and culture. Once a monastic residence, the convent was transformed in 1958 into a charming private residential complex, retaining its original charm. Today, the village is home to privately owned apartments and offers an authentic, peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery. The space “Il Chicchino” is the ideal starting point for discovering Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia, offering an experience of comfort, history, and tranquility. The house consists of: -large living area with a view -fully equipped kitchen -comfortable bedroom with double bed and a view -large bathroom with shower and bathtub -free parking, no need to book in advance as it is included in your stay. The apartment is perfect for couples or friends, who can enjoy their vacation in complete privacy and comfort. Today, the village is home to several privately owned apartments and offers its residents an authentic, peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery. At your disposal you will find a beautiful Olympic-size swimming pool, large well-kept gardens and a shared tennis court, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Guest access We invite you to freely enjoy all areas of the apartment. The house is located a short walk from the small historic center of Montefollonico: perfect for getting around on foot. As the official method for sending documents, we use a dedicated link, compliant with Italian regulations and connected directly to the State Police. Therefore, 24 hours before arrival, we ask you to upload the valid identity documents (passport or identity card) of all persons staying in the house via this link. ⚠️ Without completing this step, it will not be possible to access the property, as the system will not issue instructions on how to check in.
