The back yard has a gas grill and outdoor furniture for sumner morning coffee and warm evening sunsets and cocktails. The house has a small air conditioner and each bedroom has a fan. In the living room there is a 40" TV above an actual working wood fireplace (wood not provided). There is a reading nook with a very comfy leather chair and lots of reading material and games as well a local brochures. The 2 bedrooms have luxury mattresses and upgraded luxury pillows. The linens are 100% super soft Pima cotton sheets and soft warm fluffy comforters. In the bathroom with tub and shower we provide a 3 in one shower gel, lotion and hand soap. There are extra large fluffy towels, hand towels and wash clothes. The shower has an upgraded waterpic shower head with a hand held feature. Guest are free to enjoy the main floor of the house (the basement is empty) which includes the fully equipped kitchen. everything you'll need to cook that fabulous dinner and a dining room that seats 6 when folded out. as well as the front and back yard with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
