It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. Also, the TV has no access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: There is 1 parking space for this property. There are also heaps of paid parking (2H max) around the complex, approximately $3/hour. There are some 5 minutes and 2 hours of free street parking as well. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. STRATA NOTICE: (18 July 2025) - Lift 2 is currently still out of order however Lift 1 is still working. - Carpark gate is under Repair. Building Door Policy: - Please don’t leave or prop open any doors to common areas, including foyer, unit, fire escape, or basement car park doors. - Fire escape doors must stay shut. - Avoid propping open the main foyer doors when moving items—this can damage the swipe system. - Always make sure doors close behind you.
