Kick your feet up after a long day of touring San Francisco and live like a local at our beach flat in the Outer Sunset district of the city! Enjoy morning walks along the beach with a coffee from the flat or a special cup of joe from the many options nearby. Feeling extra perky? Take a stroll to Lands End and get a view of the Golden Gate Bridge! The space Our bright, modern, and open concept second story flat is just 1 block from Ocean Beach, 5 blocks from Golden Gate Park, and easy walking to nearby coffee shops, a boba shop, 2 community grocery stores, and many different eatery options! Both serenely decorated bedrooms have queen beds with 100% organic cotton sheets by Pure Earth and foam or alternative down pillows to choose from, along with an extra fleece blanket in the closets. Our larger bedroom has an inner spring pillow top handmade Shifman mattress (Bloomingdale's Metropolitan collection), while the second bedroom has the popular Tuft and Needle foam mattress. We make sure the little ones have their own comforts such as toys, books, appropriate plates and utensils, a mini crib or pack n play with extra sheets (bedroom closets), high chair (IKEA Antilop in the dining area cabinet), pressure gates (in the 2nd bedroom closet) and outlet covers/cabinet safety locks (dining room cabinet). Guest access Guests will have a private entrance to access with a key in a lockbox for the gate and separate code for keyless entry to the flat which is entirely for their private use. There is no access to backyard and coordinated access to the garage for use of washer and dryer. Other things to note Wifi is available in the second story flat, with fast speeds found in the living area and an ethernet cable is also available on the kitchen counter with direct access to the modem. Bedroom signals may be weaker from time to time. You will notice that most home in San Francisco are built with walls shared (how else would you fit 800k+ people in a 49 square mile city?!?) and this Doelger home neighborhood, that inspired Malvina Reynolds' folk song “Little Boxes”, will mean that there will be neighbor noises that can't be avoided. Our family also lives downstairs, but noises from below are often faint. We have worked hard to keep the space clean and cleared of critters and we request that shoes be removed along with clearing of yummy crumbs that ants love so much! For access to washer and dryer in the garage, please coordinate with us since this is a shared space. Please do reach out if anything is out of order.
