Located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by fields and near the Drôme River, this renovated 200m² farmhouse, built with Drôme river stones, offers 5 bedrooms and is ideal for families or groups of friends.A beautiful terrace in front of the house, a spacious covered area for outdoor living, a swimming pool with a terrace, and a pétanque court await you on a 3000m² wooded property.From the house: walking or mountain-bike trails, walking access to the Lac des Pêcheurs, the Ramières Nature Reserve, and the Drôme River. The space After 5 years of renovation, we are making our main residence available to you again, an old stone farmhouse that has evolved over the generations. Today we offer you a comfortable, charming house in which we live as a family with our 2 cats, our 2 hens and our 2 turtles. On the ground floor you will find a living room equipped with TV (Wifi + Netflix) as well as a foosball table, kitchen, 1 toilet and laundry room. The beds are upstairs, we offer: 3 bedrooms with double beds of 140, 2 large, quiet children’s bedrooms, each with a single bed, 1 room equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. 1 WC We can provide you with a crib. Xavier, the owner, who is away in August, will stay on site in July in an independent annex on the ground floor of the house. He will be happy to guide you if you would like tips for visiting the area. Here, we also live outdoors: a beautiful south-facing terrace, a gravel courtyard, a courtyard to shelter from the heat or rain equipped with a summer lounge, a newly renovated swimming pool, a pétanque court for enthusiasts, and a large wooded plot with a swing, a tree house, a slide, and various children's games. You can enjoy the charcoal barbecue and gas grill, garden fruits (depending on the season) and eggs from our hens. Our 2 very nice cats, who are used to children, live on site.
