The Bogart House is close to the small town center, parks, art and culture, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love it because of the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the location. The home home is good for couples, group adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and some furry friends (pets). Pets are allowed on a case to case decision. Prospective tenants must be at least 25 years old. The space The house itself is very private, secluded on 15 wooded acres, but also close to town. It has a seasonal stream going through a wonderful private backyard and large patio space. It's great for family reunions and other small events. A wonderful rural getaway. There are 3 private bedrooms but the ground level sleeping area and bathroom can also be used as a separate suite. Guest access The entire house and grounds. Other things to note Holidays are a three night minimum.
