Lakeside apartment with large outdoor area

We rent out our apartment on Flekkerøya. The apartment is on the 1st floor, with private terrace, garden and outdoor living room. In the outdoor area there is sun from morning to evening. The apartment was built in 2016, and therefore has a high standard. Welcome to Flekkerøy! The space The area is very central on idyllic Flekkerøy, with both swimming opportunities and a shop within walking distance of the apartment. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the archipelago on Sildenestangen, as well as 6 minutes to Skjærgårdsheimen. Øyas shop is located 5 minutes from the apartment - here there is also a bus to Kristiansand and the zoo. On Flekkerøy there are good hiking and swimming opportunities. There is also a café open in summer, and a kiosk that often stays open. Guest access In the apartment there is an open kitchen and living room solution, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds. In the garden there is also an outdoor living room of 15 sqm with a large sofa. This can also be used for overnight stays, with a canvas that can be pulled in front of the folding door. There is also room for a double air mattress on the floor. Other things to note Guests must clean up after themselves.
