Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Renovation was finished in 2023 with new appliances. There are 3 bedrooms in the house--1 King and 2 queens. Backyard is fully accessible with a patio. We provide Hulu, Disney+, Peacock and Paramount on our TVs. To the Strip: 20 Minutes drive To Red Rock Canyon: 15 minutes drive To the airport: 20 minutes drive No garage access. Driveway fits 2 vehicles. Free street parking included. The space Welcome! To help ensure a comfortable stay for you (and for future guests), please take a moment to review our house guidelines. ⸻ You will be occupying the entire house except the garage. Check In: 4pm (check with us for possible early check in on the day of your arrival) Check Out: 11am (No late check out request if the same day is reserved. $100 penalty for unapproved late check out) NO PETS especially for local residents who temporarily need a place) Or $500 pet fee will be charged if unapproved pets found) Please remove shoes in the house. You are welcome to use our slippers or bring your own. 🚭 Smoking & Vaping • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors. • Weed smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property—this includes the patio, backyard, and all outdoor spaces. • If smoke or vape residue is found inside, an additional $450 deep-cleaning fee will apply. We kindly ask that guests who plan to smoke weed please book another home. Thank you for your understanding! ⸻ 🔇 Quiet Hours & Guests Our neighborhood is peaceful, and we want to keep it that way. • Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. • No parties or events, please. • Only registered guests are allowed unless you’ve received approval in advance. If these rules are broken, your stay may be canceled without a refund, and guests are responsible for any fines related to noise complaints. ⸻ 🛋️ Care for the Home Please help us keep the home in great condition: • Any missing or damaged items (furniture, décor, towels, linens, etc.) will be charged at replacement cost. • In cases of significant or negligent damage, an additional fee of up to $200 may apply. ⸻ 🧺 Towels & Linens We provide fresh towels and linens for your comfort. • Please use makeup removers, not towels, for removing makeup. • Towels and washcloths should not be used for cleaning. • Permanent stains will be considered damage. Damage fees: • Towels – $50 each • Linens – $100 each ⸻ 🗑️ Trash Day Notice Trash pickup is once a week on Fridays. Before and on trash day, we’ll move the bins to the curb and then return them to the side or backyard through the side gate. We will not enter or access the house during this process. If you prefer that we don’t come to the property at all, please feel free to pull the trash cans to the curb and return them after pickup — we truly appreciate your help! Other things to note ⚠️ Important Reminder Regarding A/C Usage (June-October) Please note that from June to October, the thermostat is managed by NV Energy as part of their energy-saving program. This means: Daytime A/C may be set to 74°F Nighttime A/C may be set to 71°F This is due to energy conservation measures enforced during times of high electricity demand. Unfortunately, we are unable to override these settings during those periods.
