Great house in popular South Knox! 7 min to UT Campus, local restaurants, Knox Waterfront, & 10-20 minutes to several Knoxville hospitals. Male housemates desired. 2 Private rooms remain in shared property w/male grad students. Total housemates will be 5. The other three rooms are taken by grad students. On-site grad student property mgr is one of the residents. LR, kitchen & upstairs bath & patio are shared spaces. Clean house in quiet neighborhood! Short walk to Knoxville's Urban Wilderness! The space The Home is fully furnished as well as all bed linens provided. 2 remaining Rooms are available beginning May 2023 through August. We are 5-star AirBNB hosts and one of our grad student-aged sons is an occupant/manager. He works 2 jobs while he works on Medical school admissions. All rooms are private and furnished with a comfortable bed, bedding, a desk and chair. Fast wifi. Newly renovated kitchen. Main floor with 3 bedrooms and one shared bath and large kitchen, living room, and dining room. Basement with one bedroom, separate entrance, laundry room, and full bath with shower. The back patio is not visible from the street and is shared amongst the housemates, and a great place to grill out or relax during your stay. Guest access You will have access to 2 private rooms for yourself and friends, 2-full shared baths, shared living room and kitchen, as well as shared laundry room. During your stay We are always a text message away and our son is on-site to help if you need someone in person during your stay. Other things to note *Male only housemates in the 20-30 yr old range. *This is a private room in a house. Our son manages and lives on the property. *No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs on the property *There will be an extra service charge of $250 if pets are found on the property, or if smoking/vaping occurs on the property. *No pets *No Parties or Events *Check-in after 3PM *No long-term unauthorized/unapproved overnight guests allowed.
