Nice house with pool steps to the beach

Relax with the whole family in our Rincon de Flavio, a quiet place to stay for the weekend or as long as you need. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Fully equipped and decorated in a tropical style. WE NOW HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE ROOMS. With everything you need to enjoy and relax. A 5-minute walk to Coronado Beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Large garden, ping pong, swimming pool and comfortable patio with barbecue. The space El Rincón de Flavio. The house has 100 square meters of indoor area and another 70 square meters of covered outdoor area. It has different heights and each height defines a space. Entering on the left, we have the work area. Desk with flexo to work or relax with some entertainment. Going down 3 steps in the same room, we have a kitchen integrated with the living area. The kitchen has a regular fridge, stove, wine fridge, microwave, and work area along with a table that serves as a breakfast bar. In the background and connected to the garden and pool, the sofa and TV area with connection available to Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime. The bedrooms all have a double bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, garden view, en-suite bathroom, and closet. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed and dressers for storing clothes. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling and standing fans. The fans are adjustable. The place where the house comes to life is the porch. With another outdoor kitchen integrated into the porch one step away from the pool, it is the most comfortable and pleasant space. Enjoy the pool, sunbathe, play a game of ping pong, darts or a game of 'paddle-tennis' on the grass. You can enjoy many board games that we make available to you. Guest access Guests have access to every part of the house. We keep personal things like clothes, laces, and cleaning utensils, etc. in a closet that is closed in the living room. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms inside the house and one outside where you can access wet from the pool. At your disposal are the pool inflatables, board games, kitchen utensils, and a tray with mosquito repellent. We provide bath towels but guests are advised to bring bath towels and sunblock Other things to note There is a mosquito repellent lamp available on the porch. We fumigate every two weeks to try to keep mosquitoes under control. We have a barbecue at your disposal, but remember to bring the charcoal to use it.
