Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry room, back yard, upstairs deck. No living room access. During your stay I like to chat with my guests, but I will give you the space that you need. I work from home, so I will be around. You are welcome to make yourself at home. Other things to note You are welcome to make use of the kitchen / stove for light cooking. No heavy frying. Please wash your dishes and clean up your own messes in common areas in a timely manner (within an hour). Please return dishes to kitchen within 24 hours. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No laundry after 10:00 PM. No visitors. Additional cleanings are available during your stay. Please talk to us to arrange a cleaning for an additional cost. The living room is not available during your stay. You have access to your bedroom, the bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, back yard, and upstairs deck.
