Publix grocery store is a minutes walk ,along with great restaurants, The Dollar Store and local bars both north and south on Ocean Shore Blvd. Peaceful and relaxing traffic free beach. I don't want to be misconceiving, but I want to clarify the sleeping accommodations. It says we have 2 beds on the listing. We also have a pull out couch, fold away bed and a futon. The futon, Fold away bed and the pull out couch have memory foam to make them more comfortable for our guests. Which makes all the extra beds very comfortable. Don't be deterred by having the one bathroom. We have made it so there are plenty of "make up stations" in the Loft. I know first hand how important it is to have enough areas to get ready when there are a lot of people staying in one place. The Loft is very spacious, open, and completely furnished with a beachy theme. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops. We also have a crockpot so you can go adventure all day and come home to a fully cooked meal! Relax on the deck with the amazing ocean views after a fun day on the beach and pour yourself your favorite cocktail! The sunrises and sunsets are just gorgeous! You have all the comforts of home! We have everything you will need for the beach including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler you can roll to the beach with a picnic and your favorite cocktail! Entire apartment We also offer early checkin or late checkout if it is possible for 10.00/ hour. Normal checkout is 11:00am and check in is at 4:00pm. It depends upon if there are guests arriving. We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of the Loft. The hallway, parking lot out back and back lot. It does not monitor the private deck to ensure you have your privacy. The neighborhood is a quiet friendly place. Right acroos from the beach! You are away from the hustle and bustle, but only a few miles from all the local activity. We have a few local bars and a new micro brewery called Beachside Brew Pu right up the street. Great local beer and fun and friendly locals!! You are steps from many great restaurants! Publix grocery store is a minute walk! You have evrything you need at this beautiful beach by the sea. A car is not necessary. There is public transportation that can take you to The World Famous Daytona Beach.With everything in close vicinity, everything is in walking distance. The grocery store, The brew pub, Restaurants, clothing stores. So convenient We do host younger crowds, but are strict on what is expected out of you. You must be young responsible adults and your friends must also be. If you have a friend you know you can't control I would suggest you not inviting them. Remember whoever books is 100% responsible for extra charges and you will be reviewed weather it is good or bad. All guests under 25 will submit their full name. A 7 mile drive south gets you to the famous Daytona Beach and an 11 mile drive north you'll arrive at beautiful fun filled Flagler Beach! A great foodie location!! Historical St. Augustine is 45 miles north of The Loft. We have a lot of parking for many vehicles and big rigs. Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply mote than you need to get started.
