Mountain residence on the river unobstructed views

Best views and amazing location! Stunning unobstructed views of Vail back bowls and NY mountain range next to the river! Bird watch then go fly fishing or paddle boarding right behind your place on a private section of the eagle river that is flat water. Protected wetlands for bird migration (closed March1-July1) . *Vail 15min/ 8 min BC /riverwalk 6min pool/hot-tub in complex. Ground level easy acess 2 decks! 2/2bath. The space Eagle River is amazing to paddle board and fly fish. Inquire about paddle boards and fly rods. Bird watch is also amazing with over 1,500 different bird species and we have our own resident bald eagle and offspring from last year up the river. Pool and hot tub basket ball courts/outside gym are fun as well. From April to July directly behind our residence is closed for bird migration. Please know if you need directions for Fishing access or running trails. Guest access Pool and hot tub are a three minute walk towels and pool key are in the closet. Taking a stroll along the closed railroad tracks towards Edwards, is a beautiful walk. You’ll see bald eagles, red tailed, hawks, osprey elk geese, etc. Please let me know and I can show you the access points. Other things to note Geese migration direct acess to the river behind our place is not allowed until July 1st.
