Hej - welcome, the Baltic Sea is always in season. Right now it is especially nice as spring is coming, the first flower bulbs are blooming, the plants are waking up, the birds are active...... The apartment (75 m²) is located near the Baltic Sea on the island of Als, not far from Sonderborg and only about 60 km from the border. It offers enough space to breathe deeply and relax in a rural environment. The space ... a newly renovated apartment with private entrance, private garden and parking space awaits you. The apartment is about 75 m² and offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a new bathroom with underfloor heating and towel warmer. The living room has a Swedish stove (fireplace) that conjures up a woolly warmth in no time. Even on colder sunny days, relaxation on the wind-protected terrace is possible. Let yourself be surprised... Other things to note Energy costs such as electricity, heating and water consumption are not included in the specified fee. We read the meters at check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, this is due to the skyrocketing energy prices in Denmark. We have installed extra meters for electricity and water and charge a daily fee for heating during the heating period of 5 euros/day
