Delightful Foster town home close to everything

Enjoy a very stylish and comfortable stay at this centrally located town home in the heart of Foster, with spacious rooms, fantastic beds and a full kitchen. Only a 2 min walk from all the conveniences of a small country town plus a golf course, and many local nature walks. Guerney's Cidery, the Fish Creek Pub as well as the Great Southern Rail Trail are all nearby. It’s a great base with easy access to Waratah Bay, Wilson's Prom, Meeniyan venues, Agnes Falls and Toora vintage shops. The space The space is a stylishly and comfortably decorated house. All rooms are spacious, well lit, with a great layout. The fantastic beds have lovely linen for a very relaxing stay. There is ample storage and a fully equipped kitchen with a new electric stovetop and two ovens, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cookware. Please note as you arrive you can park in the front driveway but to enter and exit slowly as the driveway is at a bit of an angle so low cars need to be careful. There are two steps down from the kitchen/dining area to the rear patio and two steps from there to the back garden. The whole house is on one level including the front deck which has two steps down to the driveway. The front garden is an established native area with a hedge for privacy from the road. The rear garden is undergoing a rejuvenation and we have recently planted it with young fruit, olive and native trees. It will take some time to establish. The back shed areas are a work-in-progress too and should be avoided as they will be finished by end of 2022. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house. Other things to note While generally peaceful, it is a country town property so you will hear occasional animal, vehicle and mower sounds. We have a good and considerate relationship with our neighbours and they are part of our lives, we would like you to consider your noise levels and respect the peaceful environment. Basic cooking oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs and spices are all provided but you will need to bring/buy your own food. There are two supermarkets and a bottle shop within 100m walk and a wonderful fresh produce store 300m away (Aherns). It’s incredibly convenient for all your immediate needs.
