The space My home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with on street parking available. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few miles and in the neighborhood. There is a wonderful park 1 block away and there is easy access to the interstate. Depending on the time of day, we are approximately 90 minutes from Cheyenne, an hour from Boulder and Fort Collins, 25 minutes from Denver International Airport and from Downtown Denver. Uber and Lyft ride are really accessible at all hours of the day and the bus system, RTD, has rides within a few miles from our home. Guest access This is a private room with access to a shared bathroom. There is a laundry room across the hall you are welcome to use. There is also a patio in the backyard if you would like to enjoy being outdoors. Guests may also use the kitchen and dining area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 630 am, no laundry or cooking during this period please to allow for everyone to rest peacefully. During your stay You can always call, message or text stormy with questions with questions. There are 3 airbnb rooms in the home that share a bathroom.
