Relax at this waterfront cabin and enjoy beautiful Pickwick Lake. Easy access - just minutes from local restaurants, parks, marinas and grocery store. Bring your boat (or rent one at one of the marinas) and park it in the private boathouse during your stay (during summer pool). Nice flat lot with no steps to the water. Enjoy the large covered back porch and grill out with family and friends after a day on the water. Seating and a fire pit by the water with plenty of firewood. The space Quiet waterfront cabin with all the modern amenities. Just minutes from town. Enjoy high-speed wifi as well as cable TV, with TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The porch swing is a great spot to relax and read a book or take an afternoon nap. Walk right out to the private boat house and enjoy the water! Empty slip available for your use. Several marinas just a few minutes away by boat and water: Grand Harbor, Aqua Yacht Harbor and Pickwick State Park! There is a master bedroom and bath upstairs with a king size bed. There's also a loft upstairs with lower ceiling, great for kids! The loft includes a queen mattress and bean bags. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a common bathroom in the hallway. Guest access Includes a fully stocked kitchen with all the fixings for your morning coffee. Feel free to use the washer/dryer so you don't have to pack your whole closet! Also, enjoy use of the private boat house with an open slip for your boat. Other things to note Guests staying 3+ weeks will require my cleaning lady have access to the cabin during your stay. This can be coordinated with guests to provide the least disturbance possible. This allows her to clean the home and restock any items getting low such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc...
