We hire out our fully equipped holiday home in Löknäs, Djurö. Lakefront location, only about 300 meters from the sea with child-friendly swimming areas and a shared sauna. The house has been equipped to standard for permanent residents since a couple of years. The space Private newly drilled well with year round water, new sewage system, air heat pump, newly installed fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom, shower and toilet indoors. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV, internet. Firewood for the fireplace is available. Baby bed, high chair and toys are provided. On the large plot (about 4000 sqm) there is a large terrace of 100 sqm with jacuzzi and a guest house with two rooms, toilet and private terrace. Trampoline, climbing frame, and swings are available for kids. Separate pump house with washing machine and adjacent outdoor shower available. Large common jetty owned by the property owner association and associated boat place. A shared sauna by the sea is available to book. Walk distance to bus. Private parking on the plot and road all the way to the house. Padel and tennis courts are located in the nearby area. Main cabin: 60 sqm, spread over 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms with 180 cm bed and a family bed with downstairs 120 cm and 80 cm. Large living room with large sofa, dining room and kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest house: 20 sqm, divided into 1 bedroom (180 cm bed), a living room with bed (80 cm) and toilet.
