These items are not available for guests to use. If certain products or foodstuffs are used, such as dishwasher tablets or coffee, guests are asked to replenish the stock. Although personal belongings are present in some cupboards, we rely on the care and respect of guests to return any item or equipment to its original place and to keep the house in the condition in which they found it. The tranquility of the place, as well as its cleanliness, contributes to an unforgettable experience for all. Other things to note The house dates back to 1848, bringing an authentic and historic charm to your stay. We ask that you take care of it. The premises are received in perfect condition of cleanliness. Guests are responsible for returning the house in perfect condition of cleanliness, including, but not limited to, the following: - dishes clean and tidy, - dishwasher emptied and cleaned, - refrigerator emptied and cleaned - fireplaces emptied - garbage cans removed from the property -> no waste should remain on site <-> Used bed and bath linens must be piled up on the ground floor. Cleaning fees are no longer included because the concept of "cleaning" is understood too randomly depending on the person. In case of non-compliance with the cleanliness conditions, a significant additional fee will be charged. Especially if it delays or disrupts the entry of guests after your stay. To avoid any hassle, you can request assistance for cleaning for a fee of €30 per hour. However, this service is subject to availability and therefore it is better to anticipate your request as soon as possible. Any negligence or fault resulting in damage or additional cleaning will be the responsibility of the guest. An additional fee will be applied at the hourly rate of €80/h in addition to the 5 hp mileage tax in the event of travel to replace an object. It is crucial that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are respected, so avoid excessive noise or disturbance. There are personal belongings and food in some cupboards, especially in the garage. These items are not intended for use by guests. If common products such as coffee or dishwasher tablets are consumed, they are requested to be replaced. Trips with a festive project will not be compatible. Check-in times are usually scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 3:30 p.m. and check-out on Saturday morning before 11:00 a.m. Any modification of the property, including drilling or structural changes, is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damage to occupants or the accommodation. All objects present, such as bicycles or household appliances, are to be used with care. Please check their proper functioning and condition before use. We are not responsible for any accidents, theft or damage that occur during your stay. Make sure you know how the equipment works to ensure your safety and that of your guests. Pest control products (ants, rodents, etc.) may be stored or installed in places that are difficult to access, for example under cupboards. Make sure no children or animals have access to it.
