Located just 2.7 miles from the world famous ‘Old Course’ in St Andrews, it couldn’t be better placed for golfers! From our walled garden, you can enjoy the breathtaking views across the Eden Estuary, St Andrews Bay and miles beyond. The space Our beautiful Guest Suite is located to the rear of our home, with ample guest parking. It is spacious, stylish and comfortable. It is usually set up with either 2 x single or 1 x super king bed. However, with the addition of 2 x single platform beds, it can sleep up to 4 people. It has a luxury en-suite shower room with large shower, breakfast bar, fridge, kettle and, wall mounted TV. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. We think it is the perfect base for golfers, but also a great choice for other visitors, due to it’s proximity to historic St Andrews, stunning beaches, beautiful walks and cycling routes, and of course the University. As the golf studio also offers multiple gaming options it can provide an entertaining time for gaming fans as well as golfers, or even a movie on the big screen. With greatly reduced prices for guests, starting from £20ph, the option to book this facility is extremely popular. Guest access The Guest Suite will be all yours with your own private access. Self check in and check out are available as the key will be located in a lock box. There are several nice ouside spots you are also welcome to enjoy. From our private walled garden to the front of our property, you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views. You will of course also be welcome to book use of our onsite golf studio for a reduced guest rate. Other things to note We request that your golf studio times are pre booked at least 7 days prior to your arrival. We will of course be flexible where possible to fit in with tee times etc. Studio use is allowed, subject to availability and booking, between 8am and 9pm.
