Private bedroom in renovated apartment located at historical centre. There is access to all shared spaces: living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The space 📍 Location Safe, youthful, commercial-residential area, easy to access with public transportation from airport, bus and train station. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes: museums, archaeological sites, university campus, waterfront, cafes, bars and restaurants. Agios Dimitrios church is 2' away, Aristotle's and Navarinou (Kamara) squares are 7' away and International Hellexpo Expo Center is 9' away. Also, in about 30 minutes you are in the closest beaches: Peraia, Neoi Epivates, Epanomi. 🏡 Home Our apartment is 63sq.m, on the 4th floor accessible by elevator. The apartment has been renovated according to our personal aesthetics aimed at ensuring comfort with maintaining low energy consumption. The multifunction character, the mix and match decoration with the combination of vintage and modern elements and the abundant plants compose this atmosphere. 🍽️ Kitchen Fully equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, toaster, coffee maker (brikka moka pot for espresso), kettle and cookware. We are both vegetarians, so in our kitchen you cannot use the equipment to prepare and cook meals with any kind of meat. However, because we respect everyone's personal choices, we have no problem you to dine on meat as long as you have it ready from outside. 🚿 Bathroom The toilet is used only from the guests, we use our bedroom's wc. Only the shower is shared. There are: laundry machine, profesional hairdryer (with diffuser), straightener, curler and stream iron with iron pad. 🌇 Balcony Spacious terrace with many plants, a lounge corner with sofa and a dining area. It is a quiet place, where you can enjoy your dinner or coffee gazing the sky. 🛏️ Your Room The private room, of 12sq.m., where you will be sleeping, is a cozy, sunny space thanks to its large French door, which access the balcony. The bed can be a single bed (80x200) for a more spacious room setting in case of one person or can be a double bed (160x200) for hosting two persons, it has two big drawers for storage. It is available Wi-Fi and LAN internet, heating and air conditioner. Guest access The room you are booking is private. You have, also, access to the rest shared spaces of the apartment: living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There is no access to our private bedroom and its ensuite WC. During your stay We are willing to help as much as we can either in person or via texting. Furthermore, when we have free time we are open for hanging out and walking around the city. Other things to note 🐶 There is a small breed dog living in the apartment. She has basic training, she is friendly, quiet, she does not jump on sofas, beds, and does not destroy objects, her presence is discreet. Her bed is in the living room, she walks in the common areas (mainly living room and balcony). 🛡️ There is a security camera on the entrance of the building and on balcony which has field of view only the area of the balcony in order to monitor our dog when we are outside. 🙍‍♂️ The living room is a shared area where another person may be hosted.
