Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted. * Trash pickup Trash must be bagged (Loose trash will not be collected and will result in a fine of $75). Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.
