There is a newly refurbished shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin. One well behaved dog accepted. There is 30 minutes free parking near the front entrance of the apartment (unrestricted from 18.00hrs - 09.00hrs)There are short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25 through East Devon District Council website online - this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road. A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
