There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 1 dining area indoor and another outdoor by the pool, 2 living rooms, an outdoor lounging area, and a washing machine. Recently upgraded with fiber optic high-speed internet, brand-new mattresses for enhanced comfort, and a reverse osmosis (RO) water system providing clean drinking water in the villa. Remark: - The second-floor bathroom is shared by all 3 bedrooms on the upper levels. - The third bedroom is a cozy attic room, not en-suite (ideal for young adults or children). - The third bathroom is located on the ground floor, just by the pool. *Pools and garden: A manicured courtyard with cobblestone walkways complements the new two Thai-style gazebos or 'Sala' that overlook the 7.5 m private saltwater pool where you can enjoy your meal or take an afternoon nap.
