As hosts, we sometimes come to the house. The only space we share with guests is the parking lot, so your privacy is fully guaranteed. Guest access Important information about your stay 🚗 Transportation and mobility: It is highly recommended that you have your own vehicle, as unfortunately there is no public transportation available in the area. ️ Parking: The indoor parking is the only space on the property that is shared exclusively with us, the hosts. 🏡 Exclusive use and privacy: The entire house, the garden and the saltwater pool are for your completely exclusive use. You will not have to share these areas with anyone else, guaranteeing your complete privacy and peace. According to official regulations, noisy activities are not allowed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. After 10:00 pm, you can swim in the pool, but not play loudly in it. Guests: Only registered guests may stay in the property. Visitors: Visits by unregistered persons are not permitted without the prior consent of the Host. Notices of breakage: Please let us know if any items or fixtures break so we can fix or replace them as soon as possible. Instructions for check-out day: On the day of your check-out, there is no need to remove the sheets from the beds. We ask that you leave used towels in the showers, place all garbage in the outside bins, and please leave the house as tidy as possible. Lost keys/remotes: Losing the garage remote will incur a replacement cost of €60.00. Maintenance: Once a week, for approximately 1 hour, the gardeners will come to take care of the garden and the pool (this service is at no cost to you).
