Other things to note Welcome to apartment 4 of the Belvedere B house! This family-friendly, 33 sqm terrace apartment is perfectly located directly on the new promenade on the Great Broder South Beach and will delight you with the magnificent view of dunes, sea and pier! Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, beach chair rentals, the children's island and numerous venues are just a few meters away via the promenade. You enter the cozy apartment via a small hallway from which a separate bedroom with two single beds (80 cm*190 cm) and the shower room branch off. This is equipped with a shower curtain, hairdryer and mirror cabinet with a power socket. From the living room with kitchenette, dining area for up to 4 people, large sofa corner and TV, you can enjoy the sea view through the large window front and from here you can reach the furnished terrace. From morning to early evening, you can soak up the sun and relax overlooking the promenade, dunes and sea. The large corner sofa offers 2 more people a cozy place to sleep. For an undisturbed night or a nap, it is possible to darken the large window front using existing curtains. For small guests, a children's travel cot, various games and puzzles are available. The compact kitchenette offers a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 4-burner ceramic stove and equipment for cooking and then enjoying.
