Gîte des Avarennes

Charming 3-star half-timbered cottage located in the Loire Valley, 1 km from Chambord Park and a few kilometers from the A10. In the great outdoors, 100 m from the farm, many local products nearby, visit the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Beaugency...), Beauval Zoo, Loire by bike... You will be welcome in our 45 m2 cottage. The space Our air-conditioned vacation rental is composed of: - 1 bedroom for 2 people with a 180 cm bed (possibility of 2X90 cm, 260 X 240 cm duvet). - 1 bedroom for 2/3 people with 2 beds of 90 cm and a sofa bed of 80 cm - 1 folding crib and baby equipment on request (wooden high chair or booster seat, bathtub, potty or toilet seat reducer, small step, plastic dishes) -1 living room with a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi... -1 fully equipped kitchen area open to the living room (microwave, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dishes, filter coffee machine, Senséo, kettle, toaster...) - 1 shower room (washing machine, hair dryer) - 1 separate WC - 1 large 40 m2 terrace with a covered area (table/garden chairs, parasol, barbecue, 2 sun loungers) - 1 enclosed garden overlooking a meadow (farm animals are present from April to October depending on the weather) - 1 individual entrance We provide the linens, and towels Additional charges may apply if the bed configuration needs to be changed to suit your needs. (e.g. creating a double bed instead of 2 single beds...) We offer a cleaning option: - €50 for a 2 or 3 night stay - €60 for a 4 to 7 night stay - beyond 7 nights, to be calculated based on demand It is to be paid at the beginning of the stay in cash only (you will only have to strip the beds, empty the garbage cans, tidy the cottage and the dishes, the barbecue is to be cleaned by you if used). Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit cheque of €500. A tax of €10/pers/night is charged from the 4th person. Check-in at the gîte, for weekends is from 5 p.m. and for the week, from 6 p.m. Depending on our availability, check-in may be earlier or later depending on your needs, to be arranged directly with us in a private message. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited. It's possible to visit our farm on request and subject to availability. Provide boots or all-terrain shoes during rainy periods.
