The double height technique is a characteristic architectural feature of Venetian residential buildings, today often referred to as “maisonette”, which places the open bedroom in a lofted area for privacy, giving the living room with higher ceilings a new lease on life. Smart living is comfortable and eco-friendly. So, forget about looking for switches in your room. Intuitive panels for automated control of room features like different light scenarios or central curtain operation will add up for a comfy and relaxed stay. A freshwater pool with sun terrace, pool bar and serviced beach are at the disposal of our guests. The suite is part of a boutique hotel. Breakfast can be booked on the spot. No cooking facilities are available in the rooms. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge at the pool and in the beach section.
