Aberg apartment is a large (60m2) one bedroom family apartment, sleeping up to 5 people, with south facing balcony, and mountain views The space This one bedroom apartment is ideal for a family of 5 (max 4 adults). It is situated in the centre of the village, but in a quiet location to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The ski and hiking bus stop is 100m from the house, and you can ski back to 100m from the house, subject to snow conditions in the winter. Mountain lifts are 750m away, shops and restaurants are 200m away. There is a separate bedroom with a King size bed (180cm wide x 2m), and single bed, a separate kitchen with combi oven, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, sink and cooking utensils, a large living area with a king size bed (180cm wide x 2m), a corner sofa, and flat screen TV with satellite channels, and dining area. The living area leads onto the south facing balcony with mountain views. We are very proud to be a Hochkönig Card accommodation partner! We pay the local tourist information office for membership to this exclusive club, so you can benefit from the advantages and offers it provides! In summer, you could save over €100 per day per family by using the mountain lifts, swimming pool and hiking bus! Please ask us if you want more information on the benefits of this card! We have a ski storage room with boot drier in the cellar which guests are free to use. There is a parking area in front of the house, and a garden, which you are free to use - this is shared with the other apartments in the house. The garden is shared by all guests and hosts, and there is a gas BBQ available for use (additional cost), and a large seating area, with shade, so you can enjoy the lovely weather in summer! There is a children's playground 100m from the property, open April - Nov. There are 2 further apartments in the building to rent, so it is possible to house a party of up to 10 guests. Please enquire about this for more information. As with all our apartments, fresh linen and towels are included in the price (one set per week). If you would like additional towels/linen, this is available at an additional cost. There is also a washing machine and drier available for use at an additional cost. Please ask if you require this service. We can help to arrange anything you need whilst you are here such as airport transfers, ski hire, ski school etc - please ask about this service. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs. There is free wifi, a landing area with information on the area, and we provide a ski storage room with boot drier in our basement. There is a family room downstairs which guests are free to use that has tables and chairs to seat up to 16 people, plus family games. There is room for parking for one car per apartment, and a shared garden. which guests can use, with seating area, and a gas BBQ (extra cost, subject to availability) Other things to note The minimum stay varies from 2 nights up, depending on season Linen and towels are included (one set per week). Extra linen and towels are available at an additional cost. There is a tourist tax of €2 per person from over 14 years and older per night which is payable in resort in cash. All guests must complete an online registration form within 48 hours of booking, or at least 24 hours before arrival if booking is less than 2 days before arrival. This form is a legal requirement, and your reservation may be cancelled if not received. It requests lead guest name, address, date of birth, email address, and all other guests full name and date of birth. Check in time is 3pm-8pm, and check out time is by 10am. There may be a possibility of checking in and out outside of these times, but is subject to availability, and at a cost of €15 per hour. This must be agreed in advance.
