Finca Mica - house with swimming pool in Llucmayor

Finca Mica is a charming and well-kept estate with a pool located in the countryside, just 2 km from the lively town of Llucmajor. The space Finca Mica is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The house is in Llucmayor, just 850 meters from the village. Located in a privileged setting, it is surrounded by spacious rustic gardens. The total area of the property is 14,200 meters. The property's land is completely fenced and is ideal for families with children. In the garden near the house, sheltered from the sun by a porch, we find the barbecue and summer dining areas. The pool is in a somewhat more private area of the garden. It is about 19m2 and is shallow (110cm deep). There are hammocks and an outdoor shower. Near the pool there is a children's play area with a sandbox. The house is spacious and bright. The living room connects with the dining room and kitchen. It has a total of 4 double bedrooms, all overlooking the gardens. 3 of the bedrooms have a double bed and 1 has 2 single beds. In the house there are a total of three complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in 2 of the rooms. The house has central heating. The laundry area is in the back of the house and is accessed from the outside. There are geese in a fenced-off area of the garden, so they will not come into contact with guests. The gardener is in charge of providing them with water and grain. Important: The rental price includes 150kw/h per week. This amount is sufficient for your vacation and corresponds to normal use for 8 people, including a reasonable time of use of the air conditioning. Excess consumption above 150kw/h will be charged at the rate of €0.20 per kw/h. The tourist tax is not included in the price, and will cost €2.2 per adult per night. Parties are not allowed.
