The space Welcome to our spacious condo overlooking Anna Maria Sound and conveniently located near Anna Maria Island known as one of Florida’s “10 Best Kept Secrets” lined with shops, galleries and restaurants. The waterfront vacation home of your dreams! Local to the beautiful blue waters of Florida and powdery white sand just 1 mile away, our guests will love the beautiful sunsets as you look out onto Anna Maria Sound while sitting on our spacious lanai. The location is home to 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, birding and kayaking. If you’ve ever dreamed of riding horses on the beach and taking a horse swim, our unit is less than a mile from this amazing experience! Downtown Bradenton just minutes away offers great restaurants and unique shops as you stroll down Old Main Street and a riverfront park for your enjoyment. Our community offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbeque grills and playground for the kids. One (1) Assigned, covered parking is available for our unit. There is parking out front of the building for an additional vehicle. Only (2) vehicles are allowed. We provide plenty of beach towels for your enjoyment at the pool or the beach. We furnished our home with all the comfort and amenities we would want in our own home and while on vacation. While you are enjoying the comfort of our furnishings, you will love our open floor plan for entertaining your family and sitting out on our spacious lanai overlooking Anna Maria Sound. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Seat up to eight guests at our gathering table or four can enjoy a meal at the kitchen breakfast bar. You will have a beautiful view of Anna Maria Sound from either space. Our three bedrooms offer the comfort you’ve dreamed of while on vacation. The Master bedroom has views of the sound and mangroves with a king size bed, TV and large walk in closet. The master en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. The second guest room has a queen bed, TV and en suite with a tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. Its bathroom entry is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combo. Our guests who stay less than 30 days have access to ONLY our condo amenities as shown. These amenities are available for all of our guest(s)!
