Villa Manarola - 10 pers/4 bedrooms - Jacuzzi & garden

Welcome to Villa Manarola! This modern and warm house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a 12-minute walk from Chilly Mazarin RER C train station, which will take you directly to Paris or Versailles. Guests can enjoy the garden, barbecue, jacuzzi and all the comforts the house offers (Home cinema, Wi-Fi, TV in some rooms). The space Villa Manarola is a fully renovated 1930s house. It is arranged as follows: - On the ground floor: a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, a first bedroom (1 double bed), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room, a very bright dining room with bay window opening onto a small inner courtyard (with the Jacuzzi), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Access to the second bedroom on the ground floor is via the small inner courtyard. - Upstairs: A third bedroom (single bed and baby bed), toilet and a fourth bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. In the garden: deckchairs, hammock, parasol and garden table Check-in starts at 5 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. However, you can choose the early-check-in (arrival from 9am) and late check-out (departure until 7pm) options for €70 each, after confirmation from me at the time of booking. Amounts are paid in cash once you arrive. Guest access The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility Other things to note - Sheets and towels are provided - The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for cooking). - A starter kit is also provided (dish soap, coffee, oil, condiments, etc.). - The hot tub can accommodate 6 people. It is heated (40°C max), and its water is renewed between each rental. Its use is allowed between 8am and 11pm - The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system (outdoors only) and a sound level measurement system Cleaning is included in the rental price. Tenants are simply asked to empty the garbage and collect used linens in one place before they leave.
