Like wise if we advise you cannot checkin at 2pm, you are entitled to Rp200k refund per hour for your patience. You will have access to contact your host and I will be on hand to give information about services and activities on the island and help with bookings or organising our cleaners and maintenance staff to come at times that are convenient to you. Please be aware staff need entry for cleaning, watering garden and cleaning pool. If you need privacy or a sleep in passed 10am please let us know and we can be flexible.
