The space 🌿 The Estate Lereng Tanah is thoughtfully designed as a private farm estate, divided into two distinct blocks that balance elegant gathering spaces with quiet retreats for rest and relaxation. ✨ Block 1 — The Social Wing The heart of the estate, created for connection and shared experiences. • Light-filled living spaces opening into nature • Rooftop deck and expansive patio for gatherings • Swimming pool surrounded by greenery • Three bedrooms, including one en-suite, plus powder room • Fully equipped kitchen with island • BBQ area and dual dining spaces for communal meals 🌱 Block 2 — The Private Retreat A more intimate wing dedicated to comfort and leisure. • Five en-suite bedrooms offering privacy and rest • Games room with pool table and foosball • Indoor gym • Kid’s library • Outdoor garden spaces for quiet moments Guest access The farmhouse is rented out to only one group at a time to ensure privacy. If you plan to host parties, or large events, or use the space for production purposes, you will need to seek prior approval and may be subjected to additional charges. If you choose to engage a caterer for private dining, please note that an additional charge of MYR500 will be applied for using our kitchen appliances and kitchenware. Other things to note IF YOUR EVENT HAS MORE THAN 40 GUESTS, JUST LET US KNOW FOR APPROVAL FIRST SO WE CAN PRICE EVERYTHING PROPERLY FOR YOU. Check-in time is at 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, please note that our cleaners might not have finished their job yet. As we want to maintain a comfortable standard for all guests, we are unable to reduce the cleaning time. Check-out time is at 11 AM. If you would like to check out later, please inform us. The maximum extension time is noon, depending on the booking availability on the day. FACILITIES: 1. We do not offer food and beverages, but we provide a well-equipped kitchen and BBQ pits (charcoal equipped). 2. Two sets of hotpots with portable butane gas are available upon request. 3. We have a heavy-duty ice maker at the back of the kitchen, along with a hot and cold filtered water dispenser suitable for a big group. 4. There is an industrial dishwasher next to the ice maker that can save you time cleaning the kitchen. For pots and plates, change the rack before usage. A cycle takes approximately 4 minutes, and the machine can cater to 40 racks per hour. Please ask our caretaker for assistance with operating it. 5. The swimming pool is not gated; adult supervision is always required. 6. We use solar energy to power the water heater. However, when there is high occupancy, please expect a shortage of hot water. Saw will switch on the heater for you anyway. The switch is on the second-floor block two next to the gym lockers. HOUSE RULES: 1. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and rooms. 2. All types of fireworks, firecrackers, dangerous and illegal materials/substances are strictly prohibited. 3. Please ensure that all used dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are washed before leaving. Guests must dispose of garbage and recycling in the allocated trash cans and recycling bins. We appreciate it if you could separate your recycled trash according to respective categories (e.g., paper, plastic, glass). 4. No pets are allowed. We want to protect our house from unwanted smells, hair everywhere, barking at night, chewed-up carpets, and bite marks on our furniture. 5. Please switch off air conditioners, fans, and lights when not in use to help conserve power. 6. Quiet Hours – No loud noise or conversations past 10 PM – 8 AM. 7. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. 9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 10. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests. No additional guests are allowed without prior consent from the host. 11. Report any damages and breakages in a reasonably timely manner. 12. Cleaning service. - We offer a daily cleaning service at an additional cost of 250 per day. VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. PROVIDED AMENITIES: 1. We provide the following food and beverage items: - Ground coffee - Brown sugar - Tea 2.
