A lovely location near the heart of the city centre, 10 min walk to the Tower, and well connected to reach the coast, the Monti Pisani, as well as Lucca, Firenze and Le Cinque Terre (from Pisa San Rossore Station). You will enjoy a delightful space: double bedroom with desk to work, bathroom, smart kitchen/ living/breakfast room, and a dedicated area in the garden! The location is cool and breeze. I don't exclude the possibility to hear the barking of neighborhood dogs. The space The accommodation consists of an entrance entrance, a living room kitchen with access to the garden, an antechamber wardrobe, a pleasant room overlooking the garden, and a bathroom with shower. The decor is modern and functional, but I have not sacrificed to create a vintage and personal atmosphere, conferred among others by details such as the floors and tiles of the kitchen and bathroom, original from the 1980s. The location is cool and ventilated and the exposure is such that it does not require air conditioning. The short distance from the Tower and the historic center make it an ideal place to visit Pisa. I suggest a multi-day stay to fully enjoy the beauty that the city of Pisa and its surroundings offer. The garden, which I personally take care of, is available with a dedicated area, and will allow you to relax, making your stay even more exclusive. Despite this, I recently decided to equip the accommodation with smart TVs, knowing that it would be appreciated by many potential guests. There is only one parking space on the driveway, please contact me to find out if it will be available during your stay. Parking on the street is still convenient, the rate is very cheap, and a short distance away is the large free Pietrasantina Park parking lot. Guest access The spaces described are at guests' complete disposal. The garden is shared, but has a dedicated area (patio with gazebo). The laundry is in the building, accessed from the garden and shared with the host and other guests. Other things to note When The Morning Comes is easily accessible in a few minutes from Pisa Central Station and Galilei International Airport by public transport. If you are traveling by car, it is easily accessible from the A12 (Pisa Nord) and the Aurelia state road. You will find paid street parking from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm, at 0.75 euros per hour, free at other times and on holidays. You can also take advantage of the ample free parking located about 150 meters away (Pietrasantina interchange parking). Once you park your car, you can easily get around on foot or by bike.
