Guest access Guests have access to the full cottage, patio, grill, and shared outdoor areas. Kayak and paddleboards are available for use during your stay (stored nearby and shared with neighboring cottage). Utility/storage spaces are not accessible. Other things to note ✨ Privately Owned & Recently Updated This is a fully renovated, well-maintained cottage designed to be clean, functional, and comfortable. 📩 Communication Clear check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival, and we’re available if needed. 🌿 Natural Environment Set by the water, the cottage is surrounded by a naturally beautiful environment where seasonal outdoor conditions are part of the surrounding landscape. 🚿 Shower Note The shower height is slightly lower than standard—guests over 6’2” may find it a bit tight, though a handheld wand is included. 🏡 Additional Option We also own the neighboring cottage, which may be available to rent together for larger groups. ⚠️ House Guidelines • One car in designated guest parking (additional space available nearby) • Quiet hours from 10pm–8am • No smoking on the property • No pets allowed • Trash is limited (carry-in/carry-out for excess) Guest access 2 Brand new Paddle Boards and a 2 person kayak will be free to use. Other things to note We also own cottage number 6, which is next door. These cottages can be rented together if they are both available at the same time just ask in your message. The Shower isn't the tallest so if you are 6' 2" or above it will be tricky but the shower does have a wand to make it a little easier. Please note this is an HOA, so there are other cottages nearby. People come and go and there are some shared areas. Cottage number 6 also will have access to this cottage's shed to use the paddle boards.
