Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house in Sleepy Hollow Lake. Our vacation home is located within a 2+ hour drive from NYC, and is close to Athens, Hudson, Saugerties, Woodstock, and Hunter & Windham ski resorts. Explore nearby Hudson Valley farms, hiking trails, restaurants, vineyards, and breweries. The space Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac along Sleepy Hollow Lake. The home consists of three floors, affording guests the opportunity to seek private quiet space while being together with friends or family. Guests enter at the ground level to a grand living room which extends to the dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom with private bath is located on this floor. On the floor above guests will find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The cozy east-facing bedroom contains a queen-sized been and overlooks early succession forest with lots of bird activity. The west-facing bedroom is exceptionally large and contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and adjoining desk and sitting area. The finished basement is located on the lowest level, where guests can access the back yard via a sliding glass door. In this sun-drenched space guests will find a couch and 65 in TV, a trundle bed with two twin beds, workout equipment, and a full bathroom. You can view the lake from the pathway accessible at the back of the property. Guest access The Sleepy Hollow community offers loads of amenities for guests, including two seasonal pools, a beach and picnic area, two tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. The house is located a short drive to the main beach and pool on Lisa Lane. Other things to note This home is part of the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. A Tenant Acknowledgment of APO Rental Policy may need to be signed for each booking prior to arrival. The agreement states they agree to the rules of Sleepy Hollow which can be found on Sleepyhollowlake dot org under The Community then Governance.
