Very spacious apartment with private patio, located on the ground floor of a historic house in the center of Castropol, one of the most beautiful villages in the West of the Principality of Asturias. Full kitchen with induction stove and microwave; double bed, double sofa bed, two televisions, spacious bathroom with large shower. Beaches less than a 10-minute drive away and multiple activities and routes available. Wi-Fi included and free parking in the village. Maximum occupancy: four people. Large bathroom with a large shower and exterior window. Bedroom, living room with TV and work desk in a single 55 m2 space with a large window to the outside, another large window to the patio and a beautiful embrasure. Very bright kitchen-dining room with access to the patio; living room with double sofa bed, TV and window to the patio in a 40 m2 space. All windows have curtains and drapes. A small room with a vertical-load washing machine, a water heater and cleaning supplies, a folding clothesline, and an ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, blender, filter coffee maker, kettle and all kinds of dishes, cutlery and kitchenware. The apartment has a separate entrance with two steps and another entrance through the doorway with one step; likewise, the bathroom is accessed by climbing a couple of steps so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Nor is it specially equipped for babies. Guest access The apartment and its patio are for the exclusive use of guests.
