Welcome to our home in the mountains! A decelerated retreat in Serra da Moeda, 70 km from BH. The Chalet is a small 45m² house with double height, lots of charm, coziness, and a wonderful 360º view of the Serra, valley and woods! The space Here you will find: - A 360º view from the top of the mountain - to the forest, valley and Serra da Moeda; - A 45m² chalet, charming and cozy; - Private outdoor deck with Jacuzzi and gourmet area; - Carefully done decoration and objects full of our family's history; - A perfect getaway to rest and slow down; - Connection with nature and many happy memories! Guest access The Chalé na Serra is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes from Belo Horizonte, in the city of Moeda. It is located 10 km from the city center, with 4 km being a dirt road. It is a difficult arrival in times of rain. Between October and March, access is only by 4x4 vehicles. At these times, we offer transfers (already included in the price here on airbnb). We recommend that the trip be made during the day to arrive more easily. As it is a more reserved space, there are no shops very close. Although it is possible to request some delivery services from the city, we also recommend that you plan to cook at the house. __________________________ ● What is 4x4 Season? ● Every year we make a "4x4 season" of reservations at the Chalet, between October and March, during the rainy season. Our road is quite rural, and with the rains, access is severely impaired. We provide an experienced rural road driver to transport our guests safely and comfortably at check-in and checkout of their stay. __________________________ ● Who will accompany you? André Moura, a native of Moeda, with a friendly Minas Gerais accent and a lot of experience on difficult roads. André will be responsible for your transportation from the center of Moeda to the Chalet, upon arrival and departure. ● And where will my car be? We offer secure parking in the center of Moeda, at our expense. ● Can I go with my own car if I have a 4x4? If you feel safe about the road, of course! But we emphasize that we do not recommend arriving with a car without four-wheel drive in rainy seasons at the Chalet, for your safety. __________________________ Starting in April, it is already possible to arrive with your own regular car (we just don't recommend low-clearance cars). But if you feel safer, you can also request a 4x4 transfer directly from us, with an additional fee of R$250.
