Small one-room apartment

We are happy to rent our one-room apartment to you. It is located in the most beautiful location, right above the city. The apartment can be reached via a staircase (one floor). The facilities include a small kitchen incl. mini-fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Nespresso) and stovetop, as well as a bathroom with a rain shower. A covered balcony with floor-to-ceiling glazing and views of nature and the city below is also part of the apartment. The space The city center is located about 500 meters and about 50 meters in altitude. The apartment is located in a building complex where more apartments are being developed. In this regard, there will be no noise pollution. Other things to note Free parking on the premises by arrangement. This is accessible via a narrow, steep access road (hillside). Tourist tax is €3.30 per night and guest. This must be paid separately on site. For this purpose, personal data is required from each overnight guest prior to arrival.
