The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. EV Charging There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
