Cavendish Studio - modern, private, and sunny.

This modern studio apartment offers outstanding quality, privacy, and all-day sun with a private deck in a quiet location. The studio is a 5-minute drive from the airport, a 6-minute walk to the Strathmore shops, restaurants, cafes, and laundromat, and a 10-minute walk to Seatoun Beach. We take pride in cleaning the studio to a very high standard between stays. The space The studio is furnished with everything that a couple needs for a relaxing weekend away. The Queen-sized bed is comfy, the shower has great pressure, and all fittings and furnishings are modern, new, and clean. The studio features a small kitchenette equipped with tea, coffee, and breakfast supplies, as well as a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. You'll find plenty of cutlery and crockery for your convenience. Please note that cooking facilities are limited, as the kitchenette does not include a stove or a kitchen sink. However, a basin is provided for washing dishes should you need to. There is no allocated parking, but free parking is always available on the street, usually right outside the studio. Guest access You have full and exclusive access to the studio during your stay. If you are bringing any additional gear or equipment (e.g. bicycles, diving gear, etc.) then on request we can give you access to the garage for additional storage. Check in and check out is all self-service and if you have any special requests or concerns about arrival or departure times, let us know and we can try to help out. Other things to note We live on a quiet, residential street, and the studio is in close proximity to our house and our neighbours' houses. So, we ask our guests to respect the quiet neighbourhood and to please be quiet after 10 pm. We also have a strict rule of no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
