Completely renovated in 2015 this home provides convenient access to downtown and area attractions. House is well equipped with dishes, cookware, small appliances, and books for all ages. House easily accommodates 6, and 8 is possible with sofa bed in living room. The space Two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed each. Please let us know how many people are staying and one or both beds will be made up. Plastic bins in each bedroom closet contain towels and extra linens. The children’s room downstairs has bunk beds. These are not made up ahead of time. There are two children’s sleeping bags available or sheets, your preference. If sleeping bags are used be sure to put them in laundry room for washing between guests. Thank you! There is a pull out couch in the living room, and sheets for the couch are in the bedroom closet. Guest access The front door code will be set to the last 4 of the guest’s cell phone. The garage should be unlocked. There is a fire pit and a grill for guests in the garage. The back basement should be locked. We have personal items and extra supplies there.
